Project Implementation Time Dates: 06/15/2021 – 03/31/2022 (10 months)

The project was consisted of three implementation phases: preparatory phase, implementation phase and final phase.

 The preparatory phase of the project is envisaged in the time avenue of 15st of June – 30th of September 2022.

–          Producing project’s implementation and evaluation methodology, including activity performance indicators (prepared methodology and evaluation plans by 30th of July 2022;

–          Producing of conference materials (brochure, banner, poster, notebooks, folders, and pens) containing the logo of the Croatian Association of and the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb (by 30th of August 2022);

–          Preparing a list of 10 in total potential domestic and U.S. trainers, including resident U.S. Embassy experts and practitioners which will take part in Activity 2, 3 and 4 (by 30th of July 2022);

–          Designing website and social media platforms for the project: (by 30h of September 2022).

The implementation phase of the project is envisaged in the time avenue of 1st of October 2022 – 31st  of March 2023 and it will consist of the following activities:

–          A1) Organizing a Kick-off conference. (Dubrovnik 09.11.2022)

–          A2) Organizing consultation meeting for trainers (30th of October 2022)

–          A3) Organizing regional training for justice professionals (by 31st of March 2023)

o   Workshop – Osijek – 15.12.2022

o   Conference – Opatija – 1.12 – 3.12.2022

o   E-workshop at the Croatian Bar Association, Zagreb – 14.02.2023

o   Workshop –Split 16.02.2023

o   Workshop –Rijeka 06.04.2023

Overall evaluation of the implemented activities on 2tht of June 2023.

The final phase of the project 1st of April – 31st of May 2023

–          A4) Producing the Guidelines for justice professionals. ( by 30th of June 2023)

–          A5) Organizing a final conference in Zagreb

o   Final Conference and Workshop – Zagreb – 26.04.2023

o   Online Regional Conference – 29.06.2023
